These terms cover the Curated Lens site and the staged or landscaped files delivered from listing photographs you send.

The service

Curated Lens produces virtual staging files and virtual landscaping files from listing photographs you send. Staging and landscaping happen in the file. We do not alter architecture, change windows, add square footage, or replace permanent fixtures.

Turnaround

A 24 business hour window is the working target, not a guarantee, until you agree to a job in writing.

Your photos

You represent that you have the right to send the photographs and to use the finished files in the listing. You keep the originals. Files are delivered for that listing’s marketing.

MLS and compliance

You are responsible for how staged or landscaped files are labeled and used in MLS or other marketing, including any local disclosure rules for virtually staged or virtually landscaped images. After files we deliver carry those tags.
